Malakoff (92) with Arte CharpentierA prefabricated residential facility on a sensitive site, along the southern edge of the Fort de Vanves barracks.
Drawing on the architectural language of the existing military buildings of the barracks, a precast concrete system was chosen to create two elegant buildings along the southern edge of the Fort de Vanves.
The work on uses, shared spaces and routes within the barracks, the quality of finishes and durability of materials, the management of a tight construction schedule and an advanced BIM level make it a pilot project for the user.
