Les totems habités
Villejuif (94) with Arte CharpentierAn active plinth, shared uses and a stronger sense of community, where the 8 May 1945 park meets the Campus Grand Parc development zone.

« Villejuif 360 » is part of a sustainable urban and architectural approach. Making the most of the topography, it offers an anchored massing oriented towards the wider landscape, with dual-aspect, bright apartments opening onto generous loggias.
Designed for living together, the project offers quality shared spaces, double-height entrance halls opening onto the landscape and a common room on the ground floor. The architecture relies on durable materials, such as reclaimed stone, and on a compact, optimised grid.
The planted heart of the block and the ecological links with the park strengthen biodiversity. Low-carbon precast wall construction ensures fast, high-quality delivery, in 20 months of works.
« Villejuif 360 » offers a contemporary, functional and poetic answer to the challenges of today's social housing.
